i’m 30yrs 35 wks pregnant having hrt palpitations and dizziness had test done came back normal what to do?

I am having trouble sleeping i wake up gasping like i stopped breathing had sleep apnea test done normal results having heart palpitations and dizziness. i feel like giving up. The docs don’t seem to take me serious. I am miserable and feeling so hopeless. I worry and i know anxiety causes alot of symptoms but i feel like it’s more than just anxiety.
