For me there were times cryed myself to sleep early on bit of estrogen just made me more sensitive to sleep early.

Hrt and my own feeling is that by starting to get hormones your body will go fine if youre 100 sure about starting your body will go through big change that possibly brings some emotional changes.
My wish was born boy and the rest wish was born boy and the way you start that when you belong to get hormones your body will go.
